Stoneybrook Dietary Operations

The goal of Constant Care Management Company’s Dietary Operations is to provide high quality, healthy, flavorful food that tastes great and looks appealing, versus serving “institutional food”.

Varied seasonal menus are created with the approval of dieticians and nutritionists, and according to state regulations. In addition to menu planning, Dietary Operations is responsible for budget development and tracking, food and equipment supplier selection and negotiations, and training in-market chef’s to run and manage the kitchens at the Stoneybrook Memory Care residences.

As part of the care program, Constant Care Management Company’s health care staff at each residence monitors the nutritional intake as well as weight loss/gain of each resident.
